iSys Introduces iTerra Elite – Speed Happens

Calgary, Alberta (July 26, 2004) - The Imaging Systems Group Inc. (iSys) is proud to announce the addition of yet the newest model of iTerra printers – The iTerra Elite. The Elite includes the core features of the previous model, iTerra Pro; however, speed has doubled. Similar to the iTerra Pro, this continuous feed, color printing solution gives well log and charting customers the opportunity to benefit from the productivity, ease of use, and networking capabilities without premium pricing.

The iTerra Elite leads the industry at 5” per second.  Combined with improved color imaging in an easy to use fully automatic printer, the iTerra Elite features vibrant full-color and clear sharp monochrome output.  With a powerful 450MHz, 64-bit bit PowerPC processor, this means less wait time for your printouts.

“This product is two times faster with better color, which falls in line with iSys’ goal to be the leader in color printing for the well log market,” explains Mark Hopkins, President, The Imaging Systems Group Inc.  “Furthermore, we will continue on this path to bring products to this marketplace.  Stay tuned!”

The iTerra Elite has all the same critical points as the Pro in terms of better print utilization, less start-up wastage, and greater consistency and repeatability than with other color printing methods.
