iSys Introduces iTerra Pro

Calgary, Alberta (August 22, 2003) – The Imaging Systems Group Inc. (iSys) is proud to announce the iTerra Pro - the newest model of iTerra color printers. iTerra Pro includes the core features of the previous model,  iTerra 8.5, and has been expanded to include advanced features. This cost-effective, continuous feed, color printing solution gives well logging and charting customers the opportunity to benefit from the productivity, ease of use, and networking capabilities of the iTerra Pro.

The iTerra Pro combines high volume with superior image quality in an easy to use fully automatic printer.  iTerra Pro features vibrant full-color and clear sharp monochrome output at an industry leading 3” per second.  High-speed processing is an integral key to the iTerra Pro, with a powerful 400MHz, 64-bit bit PowerPC processor means less time waiting for your well logs to print.

“Since the first iTerra 8.5 was released in 2002, our R&D team has worked tirelessly to enhance the performance of the product.  Many of the new features originated from our customers, who have been valuable partners in developing the finest color printer for well logging and charting,” explains Mark Hopkins, President, The Imaging Systems Group Inc.  “Traditional color printers are too slow for this market, the iTerra has changed the whole process of how our customers do business.”
